Namibia – 14-Day Travel Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Windhoek
Arrival at Windhoek International Airport, where you will be met by your driver.
Short city tour followed by lunch.
Dinner included.
Accommodation options: Casa Blanca, Arebbusch Travel Lodge
Days 2–3 – Waterberg Plateau
Travel to the Waterberg Plateau (approx. 250 km).
Opportunities for nature walks and wildlife observation in the area.
Learn about Namibia's history and the stories of its indigenous peoples.
Accommodation options: Indongo Lodge, Waterberg Guest Farm
Day 4 – Etosha National Park
Journey to Etosha National Park, with lunch en route.
Game drives in the park with the chance to spot members of the Big Five.
Dinner included.
Accommodation options: Okakuejo Camp, Halali Camp, Onguma Tented Camp
Day 5 – Etosha National Park
Full-day safari across Etosha's salt pans and savannah landscapes.
Lunch at Halali Camp (at own expense).
Dinner included.
Overnight: Same accommodation as the previous night
Days 6–7 – Damaraland & Desert Elephants
Travel to Damaraland (approx. 4 hours), with a stop at a Himba village.
Cultural experiences and visits to ancient rock engravings and paintings.
Exciting desert elephant tracking safari by vehicle (approx. 3 hours).
Accommodation options: Twyfelfontein Lodge, Aba Huab Camp
Days 8–9 – Swakopmund
Travel to the coastal town of Swakopmund (approx. 4 hours).
Free time and optional activities (at extra cost), such as a catamaran cruise, scenic flight, beach walks and local markets.
Accommodation options: Central Guest House, Strand Hotel, Swakopmund Hotel
Days 10–11 – Sossusvlei
Travel to the Sossusvlei area with a stop in the village of Solitaire.
Photography, dune climbing and exploration of the iconic Deadvlei.
Optional afternoon visit to Sesriem Canyon.
Accommodation options: Desert Camp, Sossusvlei Lodge, Kulala Desert Lodge
Days 12–13 – Southern Kalahari
Journey to the Southern Kalahari (approx. 300 km).
Desert safaris with opportunities to see lions, cheetahs and leopards.
Visit the cheetah conservation project at Bagatelle Game Ranch and time to relax.
Accommodation options: Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch, Kalahari Anib Lodge
Day 14 – Return to Windhoek & Departure
Drive back to Windhoek for your onward journey home.
